This year's TC 10K run was fun because I got to run with my friend. However, , there were not enough food

It is another big run for me. However, today I felt extremely tired. Well, I still had to go since it was my friend’s first time to join a 10k run.

My time is really bad… When I crossed the finished line, it said 1 hrs and 9 mins L. This was really bad for me consider I did it in 63 mins last year (still pretty slow tho).

After I got home, sleep, sleep and sleep.

Finally, we got another project done today. One of the city site was launched. After launch, We went to Cactus Club for celebration .

We started drinking at 3:30pm. I left at around 9pm....... almost 6 hrs of drinking.

My co-worker and my boss didn't leave till 12am... a 8 hrs of drinking.. longer than a working day .

Well, I just worried... I still have a lot of work to do.

Last Weekend = Work + Argument

The Sun Run time had been out and it is the worse one I never had .
Really hope, I can do better on the TC this month.

However, I got some photo from the sun run. Lucky this year.

This year had over 54,000 people attended the event; it was crazy.

I got up at 8:30am since the hotel was just 2 blocks away form the start line. I had to run by myself this year because most of my friends were walking it.

The weather was wonderful tho. However, my time was not as good as last year. I will try to do better

Damn.... I forgot to register for Sun Run Vancouver on Sunday. That means I have to go to Vancouver and register in person then.

It had been too busy these days.... working late..... just got off at 10:45pm tonight.

I never understand why Monday is not a holiday. The real Easter should be on Monday, not Friday...... anyway.

Today, I went to Salt Spring Island with my friend. I haven't been to the island for around 5 years now. It was fun to visit it again.... However, I didn't feel too well today.... a bit fever and felt cold...

It was a relaxing day tho I love the small ferry station

I was running 3 times this week... then gave up.... It was so tiring. I really don't like running.... so hard and painful
